Freedom & Innovation ("the Party") protects personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.

3. Profile Visibility (Your Choice)

• Member profiles (name, bio, position, career and education) are visible only to signed-in members by default. Visitors who are not signed in see limited information such as nickname, profile image and position.
• A profile is disclosed to non-members only when the member enables the “Public profile” setting in My Page. The setting can be turned off at any time and takes effect immediately.
• Information published as part of party affairs (organization chart, personnel announcements for officers and executives) may be disclosed regardless of this setting.

4. Security Measures

• Access control: Viewing or modifying member information requires sign-in and permission checks; administrative functions are limited to authorized administrators.
• Data minimization: Personal data not required for the service, such as contact details and login IDs, is excluded from responses.
• Abuse prevention: Sign-in, account recovery, password reset and duplicate-check functions are rate limited.
• Credential invalidation: Previously issued access credentials are invalidated immediately when a password is changed or reset.
• Encryption: All pages are served over HTTPS (SSL/TLS), and passwords are stored using one-way encryption (bcrypt).
